I spent a quarter-century inside pharma marketing before I tried to fix it. The complaint was always the same, dressed differently each decade: reps have less time with HCPs, and nobody can draw a straight line from a campaign to a sale. reprai isn't a reaction to that problem. It's what I wish had existed the whole time.
