Step 01
Learns
NCODA's template, report formats and terminology.
NCODA brings together physicians, pharmacists, advanced practice providers, and other community members across community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems, which means a steady stream of medical meetings. With reprai’s reFlect, NCODA now runs medical writing for all of these meetings on a single platform and gets the reports and plans it needs, quickly and exactly as required.
At a glance

The challenge
NCODA runs dozens of focus groups and advisory boards each year for its industry partners, 60 to 70% of them virtual. Each one ends in a written insights report.
These reports were prepared from the team’s notes and the meeting recordings, and each took 5 to 10 days. Some sessions can’t be recorded, so their reports had to be built from team notes alone.
The outcome
Every meeting reported through reFlect now comes out exactly in NCODA’s format: fast, consistent and ready to share. Consistency improved quickly. By the July advisory board, NCODA’s reviewer asked for no changes to the executive summary. All reports live in one place, so the team can compare sessions and build new analyses and reports across them. And a reporting process that used to take 5 to 10 days is now delivered the next day.

“Our advisory board and focus group reports used to take the team days to write after each meeting. Now, with reFlect, we get the reports and the executive summary back on our own template, usually by the next day. Our reviewers rarely need to change much. It has allowed us to give our industry partners better reports without adding to the team’s workload.”
The work
NCODA started with one webinar. As it brought new kinds of meetings, reprai built each new output into reFlect as a report format: NCODA's Word template for sponsor reports, three-page conference articles, a workshop synthesis and roundtable insight reports.
